By submitting this form to create your account with Powerhouse, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Rates and Terms: You agree to all rates and terms that have been negotiated by RSI on behalf of the Franchisee as outlined in the Rate Card.
  2. Pre-Authorized Charges: You agree to a first trip pre-authorized not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of $500.00 on all work orders.
  3. Repair Attempts and Proposals: Powerhouse will make every effort to complete repairs on the first trip. Should the repair cost exceed the NTE, a proposal will be submitted for review and approval by the Franchise Operator. All diagnostic costs and trip charges are billable to the Franchise Operator.
  4. Payment Terms: Net 30-day payment terms apply.
